Spent my time lovely here, I liked the place. Bright room, amicable staff — everything was nice. The bed seemed comfy and it was fairly clean all around. Its location was central, an easy walk to an art museum.

Perfect units where the shower did n't work.

The food was fab with lots of options. Everything was really good, nevertheless a few employees were not very friendly. The location was quiet, within walking distance of London Guarantee Building😀

It is a quiet property located in Magnificent Mile district near Navy Pier and Michigan Avenue and Chicago 360 and beaches, Navy Pier and cafes and restaurants. Welcoming staff members are at the reception desk.

The location was brilliant, for example, Gold Coast was just a short walk away from the hotel. We liked the local cuisine in the restaurant.

The bed was large and it was great having air conditioning, balcony and TV set. Loved the continental breakfast, which included eggs, cereal and bakery...

Generous breakfast, exquisite location and magic views. Overall, splendid stay because of the always attentive staff members. We liked the rooftop bar. It was centrally located. And just next door to Lake Michigan, a shopping centre.

Everything was perfectly fine in this absolutely brilliant hotel. Reasonably priced and accommodating room, I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was kind, their service was most personalized! Breakfast was large - variety of options. I appreciated the decent location, within 20 minutes ride to Midway International airport.

Charming little rooms & terrific staff. Coffee, dresser and so many space in the room, unbeatable location. They made my stay good. Smooth check-out was useful. I visited a beach restaurant and liked the French meals they offer.

The bathroom I had was shabby.

Wonderful base for exploring Chicago. Excellent location, friendly staff who made the stay great. The lobby bar was a plus. Moreover, we could use free Wi-Fi.

Upscale and very clean hotel. The beach was close to the venue we stayed at. The cocktail bar onsite. Greatly enjoyed that the room had climate control, a private safe and a seating area...

we greatly enjoyed the bed, which was nice. we found drumbar to dine in 1000 feet from the hotel. midway international airport was hardly 25 minutes away by car. 3-star property in chicago.

The location was FANTASTIC, with the cheesecake factory nearby. Within a walking distance of attractions, including navy pier.
